What is your service area?
We provide our Window Washing, Gutter Cleaning, and Pressure Washing Services to the following locations:

Is A Touch of Glass insured?
We sure are!
We carry a $2,000,000 liability policy with American Family. We also carry a $15,000.00 bond with NGM Insurance. In addition, we also have full health coverage on everyone onsite.
What are your hours?
We take appointments starting at 9:00 AM, Monday through Friday. In some cases, we can arrange visits after 5:00 PM and on Saturdays. We work year round, weather-permitting.
Do you offer New Construction Clean-Up Services?
We do not offer new construction cleanup (brand new windows with paint, debris, labels) under any circumstances..
I only need a few windows cleaned — can you do that?
Due to operational costs, and quality/safety concerns, we do not offer exterior-only or piecework window cleaning for new customers.
What are your prices?
Every house is different, but based on our experience, most inside-out window cleanings cost approximately 22 cents times the total square footage of the home (including tracks/screens/sills and our trademark free bathroom mirror cleaning).
There are additional charges for:
- French pane windows
- Tall A-frame/contemporary homes
- Glass solariums/terrariums
- Storm windows/inserts
- Glass deck panels
For sidewalk and driveway pressure washing, we charge 50 cents per square foot. For gutter cleaning, we charge $1.85 per linear foot. Moss spray treatment is based on the square footage of the roof, and averages .15 per square foot.
What is your cancellation policy?
Please give us 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. If we feel that the weather is too hot (over 90°) or cold (under 36°), or stormy (rain with 10+ knot wind), we will call to confirm or reschedule.
Do we need to do anything to prepare for your cleaning services?
For window cleaning, we will take care of moving objects away from the windows. We prefer that any extremely fragile/sharp plants or items blocking any windows are removed in advance.
With surface pressure washing, we will need regular water pressure at the exterior faucet.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We currently accept cash, checks, credit cards, Venmo, Zelle, and bank bill pay.
